We tried our hand at using borax to make crystals again this week.
We shaped pink or red pipe cleaners into heart shapes, attached a string
then suspended them in the borax and hot water mix (1/3 cup borax to 1
cup boiling water).
It takes just one night for the crystals to form on the pipe cleaners.
Then they are ready to be hung.
