We had celery for snack one day so I decided to see if it would regrow. Three days later we used the romaine lettuce for our colour experiment and I put the end in a bowl of water to watch it regrow too.
The romaine grew much faster then the celery.
The celery is 7 days old and the romaine is just 4.
They continued to grow but it our spring break vacation is about to start and I worried that they would dry out so I planted them in soil.
Hopefully they will continue to grow.
I'll visit the school next week to water them.
