Green Eggs and Ham

Welcome to Seuss Week.

The week started with the book Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss.

In the sensory table we had green eggs and pom poms of different shades and tea strainers to grab them.

At the art table we painted with eggs.
Separated the yolks from the whites and added food colouring.

The art work dried with a nice shine.

We made Oebleck (borax, white glue and water), wonderful substance to discover what it will do.

I found these cute little frying pans and made coloured eggs and ham to match.

And finally we made scrambled eggs.

 We added green,

and then they wanted to make red.

Ready for the taste test.

Pink was the favourite.
