Rainbows throughout our Room
Our room is filled with colours - rainbow colours. Let me show you a few.
Rainbow jars with a carnation experiment.
Rainbow ribbon rings that we use to sing our song "I Can Sing a Rainbow" or just play with them.
At the light table, rainbow arcs, coloured lenses, tubes with coloured filter paper on one end to shine a flashlight through.
Sensory table with rainbow pasta, leprechaun hats and pipe cleaners.
These little people each have their own rainbow pad (upside down cd). The cd also makes a great spinner.
At the art table we used eye droppers and spray bottles with food colouring to make rainbows.
This little guy is trying to figure out how to fill the eye dropper with the spray bottle.

ReplyDeleteWe always love rainbows around here -- love the ribbon rings and the CD rainbow stands!! The clear contact paper light table rainbows are fantastic too!! We'll need to make some for ours ; )

ReplyDeleteThe rainbow rings are canning jar lids with curling ribbon tied to them. I found a bag of the lids at a thrift store.
